Italian

Now, we aren't going to eat Nihon-ryori (Japanese cuisine) every day in Japan (although I really could!!). The Japanese do a great take on other cuisines too, notably Italian, their favourite genre after their own kind.

La Bettola da Ochiai - where you'll need reservations at least 2 months in advance. Lunch hopefuls form lines hours before opening time. Great food that's great value for money - your bill will rarely exceed ¥5,000 per person. Read the rave reviews:
